Popis pozice
- Act as the main point of contact between local business teams and global IT
- Ensure alignment with global IT strategy, policies, and standards
- Support and coordinate global IT initiatives and deployments at a local level
- Manage local IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations
- Take ownership of site IT operations (e.g., openings, closures, relocations)
- Drive continuous improvement of IT services and user experience
- Handle escalations and collaborate with global product teams when needed
- Work closely with local leadership to identify and deliver IT solutions
- Coordinate onsite IT support and optimize service delivery
- Provide local expertise and ensure smooth communication with end users
We demand
- Proven experience in IT management (including people management)
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity fundamentals
- Strong communication skills, able to connect business and technical teams
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and solve problems effectively
- A collaborative, proactive, and relationship-driven mindset
- Fluent English and Czech/Slovak
