As a Senior Payments Associate you will be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team supporting procurement and finance operations. This is a great opportunity to build your expertise, work with global stakeholders, and contribute to process improvements, automation, and business excellence.

In this role, you will combine operational work with continuous improvement and stakeholder collaboration:

• Manage day-to-day payments operations, ensuring delivery within agreed SLAs
• Ensure compliance with policies, tax regulations, and local legal requirements
• Support end-to-end procurement and payment processes
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and business stakeholders to deliver a smooth user experience
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives
• Support the implementation of automation and AI-driven solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners
• Use data, insights, and feedback to optimize processes and performance

You will also take part in projects and initiatives that support broader organizational goals and strategy.

We demand

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
• 2-3 years of experience in Procurement, Finance, or similar field
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn, adaptability, and openness to change
• Fluency in English (written & spoken)
