Popis pozice
- Accountability for the payroll processing cycle for a specific country or a company
- Checking payroll balances and controls at input and output (Source to Gross, Gross to Net)
- Supporting payroll accounting
- Dealing with payroll queries
- Vendor operations management
- Serving as point of contact for employees regarding benefits, compensation and HR services
- Taking part in process improvement and new payroll setup processes
We demand
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or data analysis
- Fluent English and Spanish at least at B2 level
- Experience in Payroll processes & systems
- Controllership / statutory compliance knowledge (tax, labor code, social security, garnishments, pension, benefits, terminations, RSUs, expatriate payroll)
- Great analytical skills and ability to work independently
