Junior Regional Funds Associate - with German
We are looking for motivated and driven professionals to join our team as a Regional Funds Associate. This position is suitable for junior to mid-level German speaking candidates with 1-3 years of relevant experience who enjoy working closely with partners and stakeholders and contributing to regional investment initiatives that create measurable impact.
Building strong relationships and acting as a trusted partner across the region will be central to your success in this role.

As a Regional Funds Associate, your primary responsibility will be to cultivate, manage, and coordinate relationships with regional partners and internal stakeholders, while supporting the effective use of regional funds.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Serving as the main point of contact for regional fund activities and related stakeholders
- Building, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with regional partners to enable effective collaboration
- Working closely with regional leadership and key stakeholders to understand business priorities and identify strategic partners and initiatives
- Coordinating and supporting demand generation and demand support investments together with partners
- Ensuring ongoing alignment between partner activities, regional needs, and global strategic priorities
- Supporting budget allocation, tracking, and implementation in line with global guidelines
- Supporting the review, assessment, and prioritisation of funding proposals
- Preparing regular updates, reports, and summaries to ensure transparency and informed decision‑making
We demand
We are looking for someone who brings:
- 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in project coordination, budget management, marketing, sales, or other stakeholder‑driven roles
- Proven experience in working with partners and stakeholders and managing ongoing collaboration
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail, particularly when working with budgets or investment proposals
- Ability to prioritise requests and balance multiple stakeholder needs
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive, structured approach to work
- Fluent English and German
