We are looking for an experienced Deputy Boutique Manager to join a prestigious luxury boutique located in the heart of Prague.
This role is ideal for someone who naturally combines strong leadership, exceptional client care and a genuine passion for high‑end retail.

- Support the Boutique Manager in daily boutique operations and overall business performance
- Lead, motivate and develop the team to deliver an exceptional client experience
- Ensure premium standards of service, boutique presentation and clienteling
- Build long‑term client relationships through personalised, high‑touch service
- Oversee smooth store operations, including reporting, KPIs and procedures
- Act as a true brand ambassador with professionalism, discretion and elegance
We demand
- Minimum 5 years of retail management experience
- Proven team‑leadership and coaching skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Professional, polished and detail‑oriented approach
- Fluent in Czech/Slovak and English
- French or German is an advantage
- A genuine passion for luxury retail and client experience
