Regulatory Artwork Manager with Nordic language
For our client we are currently looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Artwork / Regulatory Coordinator to join an international team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of product labeling and packaging materials, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders across global markets. Popis pozice
- Managing artwork processes using an Artwork Management System for new labeling or updates to existing materials, including preparation of mock-ups for regulatory submissions
- Reviewing artwork (preferably in electronic tools) and coordinating final approvals with local teams according to agreed timelines
- Monitoring and updating data in tracking systems to oversee implementation of packaging materials
- Coordinating with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Supply Chain, and packaging sites (internal and external) to meet Health Authority deadlines and minimize stock write-offs
- Performing or coordinating quality checks (QC) of local product information
- Communicating with local stakeholders throughout the artwork review and approval process
Požadujeme
- Previous experience in Regulatory Affairs is an advantage
- Experience working in virtual teams or global organizations is welcomed
- Ability to work independently and make decisions with limited supervision
- Strong cultural awareness and ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Proficiency in English is required
- Knowledge of Swedish or another Nordic language
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines
