R2P Specialist with French
We are looking for an R2P Specialist with French to join our team in Prague. In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and suppliers, supporting the end-to-end requisition-to-pay process.
You will handle inquiries related to purchase requisitions (PR), purchase orders (PO), invoices, payments, and vendor management via phone, chat, and email while ensuring a high level of customer service.

Popis pozice
- Provide support to end users and suppliers across R2P processes
- Resolve invoice and purchase order discrepancies
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and French-speaking suppliers
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, controls, and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in procurement and finance processes
- Manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve issues proactively
Požadujeme
- Fluent in English and French (min. B2)
- 1–2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or accounts payable
- Basic understanding of purchasing policies, accounts payable procedures, and contract negotiation principles.
