Popis pozice
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of products to customers. You’ll act as the central link between internal teams and external logistics partners, making sure operations run seamlessly.
- Coordinate daily logistics operations to ensure on-time delivery of orders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with 3rd party providers (warehouses, transport, terminals, etc.)
- Act as a key interface between S&OP, Supply Chain Operations, and external partners
- Plan and execute product movements while optimizing cost and efficiency
- Handle shipment documentation, including import/export requirements
- Monitor and resolve issues related to carriers, warehouses, customers, and systems
- Track KPIs (e.g., on-time delivery) and prepare regular performance reports
- Support inventory management, including stock control, shelf-life tracking, and claims handling
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Požadujeme
- Previous experience in supply chain or logistics is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel and good MS Office knowledge
- High attention to detail and structured, reliable approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with international stakeholders
- English at C1 level
