Junior HR Assistant with German

Our client, a multinational company leading innovations in online retailing, cloud computing and digital streaming, is now looking for an HR Assistant with superior organizational skills to assist with recruitment.

Popis pozice

  • Manage candidate communications and scheduling through the recruitment process 
  • Handle candidate inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Process and track cases in our service management system
  • Provide accurate information using standard operating procedures and documentation
  • Support candidates through their onboarding journey
  • Contribute to process improvements and documentation updates

Požadujeme

  • You have great communication skills, especially over the phone 
  • Fluent English and German 
  • Great organisational skills and time management 
  • Proficiency in MS Office 
  • Previous experience in HR administration, customer service or other roles which require scheduling skills 

Nabízíme
