Hyperscaler Deal Desk Associate
We are looking for a Hyperscaler Deal Desk Associate to join a fast-paced, global team supporting co-selling activities between our client and its cloud provider partners.
This is a Sales Operations / administrative role, not a sales position. You will work closely with Account Managers and internal stakeholders, supporting existing sales processes rather than generating new business or actively selling.
The role is ideal for someone detail-oriented who enjoys structured work, coordination, and working across systems in a global environment.
Popis pozice
- Review and manage co-sell opportunity invitations from hyperscaler partners
- Accept or decline invitations in partner portals based on internal guidance
- Coordinate closely with Account Managers on existing sales opportunities
- Support Account Managers by ensuring co-sell opportunities are properly submitted and tracked
- Submit new co-sell invitations via hyperscaler platforms
- Maintain accurate records of opportunities and pipeline data
- Update and manage opportunity data in CRM and partner systems
- Monitor opportunity lifecycle and ensure timely system updates
- Perform data validation, clean-up, and quality checks
- Prepare and maintain reporting using Microsoft Excel
- Support compliance with internal sales processes and guidelines
- Assist with process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners in a global setup
Požadujeme
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or administrative roles
- Experience working with CRM systems (experience with SAP CPQ is nice to have)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a global team
