HR Consultant for payroll
We are looking for a detail-oriented and quality-driven problem solver for the position of HR Consultant for our client, a multinational enterprise software corporation operating worldwide to facilitate processes between our client and external payroll vendors in the EMEA region.
Popis pozice
- Being a single point of contact for external payroll vendor for entrusted EMEA countries
- Generating reports from the internal systems and performing control checks
- Distributing reviewed reports to internal stakeholders
- Cooperation with internal stakeholders on payroll-related tasks and daily operation work within EMEA
- Setting up and maintaining payroll controls and documentation procedures
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines
- Leading process improvement discussions and coordinating stakeholders across the organization
- Operational work makes up the bulk of activities, but taking part in transformation and migration projects to a new cloud solution is an essential part of the job
Požadujeme
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in payroll administration or HR in a corporate environment
- Fluent English is a must
- Fluent Spanish is a plus
- Ability to cooperate remotely in international teams
- Strong analytical skills
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Experience working with CRM or HR management system
- Experience workign with a ticketing system
