Head of Accounting
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented finance professional to join our team as Head of Accounting & Consolidation, reporting directly to the Group CFO.

In this role, you will take ownership of the group’s financial reporting and consolidation processes, playing a key role in delivering accurate financial information and ensuring compliance across multiple entities. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, is highly analytical, and thrives in a structured environment.
As a key finance leader, you will be responsible for end-to-end accounting and consolidation activities:
- Prepare group consolidated financial statements and annual reports
- Manage monthly consolidation across markets and holding entity
- Deliver monthly financial reporting for BLG SRO
- Act as the main contact for external auditors and support audits
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and data consistency
- Handle management fee calculations and invoicing
- Coordinate with the external accounting provider
- Prepare documentation for tax audits and regulatory needs
Požadujeme
- Proven experience in accounting, financial reporting, and consolidation
- Strong knowledge of financial statements and group reporting
- Advanced Excel skills (financial reporting heavily Excel-based)
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and autonomously
- Fluent English and Czech (written & spoken)
