The Talent Sourcing Partner is responsible for the identification & delivery of exceptional professional and executive-level candidates. To achieve success, this Talent Acquisition professional will utilize strategic sourcing methodologies, business intelligence, internal and external networks, professional organizations, social media, branding initiatives, and technology tools to identify, engage, and recruit external talent prospects. In this role, you will:
- Act as a resourceful and consultative partner, collaborating closely with Talent Acquisition team members to understand hiring priorities and business needs.
- Leverage multiple sourcing capabilities, including digital talent engagement, innovative technologies, data, research, and analytical insights to drive talent attraction strategy and build strong candidate pipelines through internal systems.
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments, delivering high-quality shortlists for both active roles and proactive talent pipelines.
- Own and execute innovative digital outreach campaigns (e.g. social media, email campaigns) to engage target talent.
- Partner closely with internal Talent Insights teams to enhance sourcing strategies using market intelligence, research, and data-driven insights.
Požadujeme
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience.
- Experience creating talent pipelines for varying functions & levels through multiple channels.
- The ability to speak, read and write fluently in English.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence key talent acquisition partners and internal stakeholders across an organization.
- Experience developing and executing creative candidate identification strategies that result in identification and delivery of high-caliber, professional & executive talent.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and search management systems.
- Talent assessment and interviewing skills.
- Experience with market intelligence tools and telling stories with market data.
