Materials & Invoice Operations Specialist
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Materials Operations Specialist to join our Operations team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and financial transactions across the supply chain. Your primary focus will be on investigating and resolving blocked, mismatched, and disputed invoices, while supporting efficient and accurate operational processes.

Popis pozice
- Investigate and resolve blocked, mismatched, and disputed invoices
- Analyse discrepancies between purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoices
- Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to obtain missing information
- Process materials-related transactions accurately in ERP systems
- Monitor invoice queues and prioritise aged or high-risk items
- Support month-end closing by resolving invoice exceptions promptly
Požadujeme
- experience in FMCG, supply chain, procurement, finance operations, or materials management
- Strong understanding of purchase-to-pay (P2P) processes
- Fluency in English language, French language an advantage
- Experience handling invoice discrepancies and supplier queries
- Good working knowledge of ERP / Operational systems , preferably SAP & Power BI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
